I began this website primarily for my novel writing but deviated from that by adding pages for my family tree and the Flying G Ranch amongst others. The Flying G and the family tree pages have turned out to be the most popular.

Through the site I have found my first cousin and also found decendants of my great grand uncle as far away as New Zealand.

I added the Flying G Ranch page as I was sure that there were others out there with fond memories of the ranch. I also hoped to get people who worked at, or rode at, the ranch back in touch with each other, which seems to now be happening. It's great to hear from so many people from those days and to see all the photos that have been contributed to the site. More always welcome, just email them to me and I will add them.

I don't find alot of time to work on the site but I do it as and when I can. I hope you all enjoy it.

What I would now like is for people to chat on the forum as most people seem drawn to the comment box but this isn't ideal as there is no way of doing it so that the last comment is seen first and so people are often unaware that new ones have been added. I think the forum might be better for comments or for chatting.
